PROBLEM
C-Track Training is a coaching and consulting firm specializing soft skills training for the workplace. Because of the pandemic, C-Track had to change their business model from hosting in-person workshops to selling e-books and e-courses via web and social media. Their website, however, still reflected in-person learning both visually and structurally.
PLAN
Rebranding
Update C-Track’s style and voice to attract young professionals. The new style guide was inspired by brands that sell similar e-products.
Product Development
Restructure their previous workshops into a series of e-books, e-courses and other services.
Event and E-Commerce Build Out
Build a system that supports new digital products, including event registration, e-book downloads and promoting similar products.
SOLUTION
We rejuvenated the website with vibrant colors and stock images of young people. Products expanded from a few workshops (see above) to four e-books and eight e-courses (all evergreen). The integrated event/product system shows range of options and encourages purchases (i.e. previews of e-books, two-click process for course registration, etc.)
RESULTS
Since the release of three additional e-books, users move seamlessly between topics and related merchandise. In addition, the new site navigation and page configuration was also prepared for spikes in traffic / sales from referral sites (i.e. HuffPost).
